When you finally do make it to the door, you find out there's an hour wait...or more...and NOBODY takes reservations anymore. So there you sit (or stand) with a dozen other groups, all starving, sunburnt, and irritated.
Inconsistent quality and service.
It's really not their fault. Good help is hard to find, and they're feeding hundreds of people every single night. So sometimes it's good, but other times...not so much. And you can't tell which night it is until the food is actually in front of you.

We've been using Marrow for years. A nice meal on 30-A can is so hit or miss these days due to the volume that these restaurants are churning out. That's why I love Marrow. I have never had a bad meal with them. Everything is seasonal. It's 10x better than the restaurants in town.
