Our wedding featured a long-format garden party dinner, and Crystal Smith, Marrow’s incredible event coordinator, tailored their entire service perfectly to our vision. Crystal is responsive, professional, and incredibly sweet—truly a joy to work with. Her background in wedding planning and coordination added so much ease and value throughout the planning process, and I felt completely taken care of every step of the way.

Now let’s talk about the food—WOW. The chefs created the most amazing seafood bar, including both cooked and raw oysters, each one more delicious than the last. The variety of flavors for the cooked oysters was so fun, but the garlic parm stole the show as my personal favorite.

Dinner was equally outstanding. Guests chose between a fresh Gulf catch and a filet mignon—and that filet? Perfectly cooked to a true medium rare, better than any restaurant I’ve ever been to. And I wasn’t the only one who noticed—our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Even the kids’ meals were next-level, with crispy chicken tenders and creamy mac & cheese that had the little ones (and a few adults) sneaking seconds.

The entire service team was professional, attentive, and seamless, keeping everything moving smoothly while letting the food and experience shine.

My husband and I would eat this meal again and again if we could—it was that good. From the food to the service, Marrow exceeded every expectation.
