An Unforgettable Culinary Experience – Hire Marrow Private Chefs Without Hesitation! If you’re looking for a dining experience that will leave your guests raving long after the last bite, Marrow Private Chefs is the team you need for your wedding or special event. From start to finish, their execution was flawless, and their food? Absolutely unforgettable. Our wedding featured a long-format garden party dinner, and Crystal Smith, Marrow’s incredible event coordinator, tailored their entire service perfectly to our vision. Crystal is responsive, professional, and incredibly sweet—truly a joy to work with. Her background in wedding planning and coordination added so much ease and value throughout the planning process, and I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Now let’s talk about the food—WOW. The chefs created the most amazing seafood bar, including both cooked and raw oysters, each one more delicious than the last. The variety of flavors for the cooked oysters was so fun, but the garlic parm stole the show as my personal favorite. Dinner was equally outstanding. Guests chose between a fresh Gulf catch and a filet mignon—and that filet? Perfectly cooked to a true medium rare, better than any restaurant I’ve ever been to. And I wasn’t the only one who noticed—our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Even the kids’ meals were next-level, with crispy chicken tenders and creamy mac & cheese that had the little ones (and a few adults) sneaking seconds. The entire service team was professional, attentive, and seamless, keeping everything moving smoothly while letting the food and experience shine. My husband and I would eat this meal again and again if we could—it was that good. From the food to the service, Marrow exceeded every expectation. Thank you, Crystal and the entire Marrow team, for making our wedding day not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. You must hire them if you’re planning an intimate wedding or event. Marrow Private Chefs was more than I could have asked for in a Private Chef/Catering vendor! Chef Ryan and his team served appetizers, a three course meal, and drinks to 85 people without any issues. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel special. It made you feel like they were only serving you. The food was absolutely amazing! The flavors went so well together and the food was served hot and fresh. The impeccable presentation showed the time and care placed on each plate. All of the food arrived on time and delicious, making the rest of the reception go very smoothly. Chef Ryan maintained excellent communication with all of us throughout the planning process and the weekend of the wedding. He was able to make quick seasonal recommendations for the event that worked out so perfectly. He was able to cater to all of the dietary restrictions including a severe peanut allergy. We recommend them to anyone who asks us!

I had the most incredible experience with the entire Marrow team from start to finish. I still am told that the food at my wedding was the best food anyone’s ever experienced at any event. They were professional, timely, and extremely creative. I told them my vision and they took it and ran! It was truly everything I could have ever imagined. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for food that is above and beyond and that will leave your guests talking for months after, these are your guys! They not only did all the food for my rehearsal dinner but also the reception. It was all flawless. They even helped me pull off a fun surprise for my husband! I could rave about them for hours.
