By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you book an event with us, you will be required to sign a separate Event Contract. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and your Event Contract, the Event Contract shall control.

Booking & Cancellations: All bookings, deposits, and cancellations are governed by the specific policies found on our FAQ page [Link] and your signed Event Contract.

Alcohol Service: We hold a catering liquor license. Alcohol service terms, including liability, are detailed in your Event Contract.
3. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, logos, menus, and photography, is the property of Marrow Private Chefs.

Media Release: By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that we may capture photography of the event setup and food for our portfolio and social media. We generally request verbal permission for guest photos, but we reserve the right to use imagery of our work (food/decor) for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-out of photography entirely, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
4. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
