Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you book an event with us, you will be required to sign a separate Event Contract. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and your Event Contract, the Event Contract shall control.

2. Use of Services:

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book our services.

  • Booking & Cancellations: All bookings, deposits, and cancellations are governed by the specific policies found on our FAQ page [Link] and your signed Event Contract.

  • Alcohol Service: We hold a catering liquor license. Alcohol service terms, including liability, are detailed in your Event Contract.

3. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, logos, menus, and photography, is the property of Marrow Private Chefs.

  • Media Release: By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that we may capture photography of the event setup and food for our portfolio and social media. We generally request verbal permission for guest photos, but we reserve the right to use imagery of our work (food/decor) for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-out of photography entirely, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

4. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

  • Website Use: Marrow Private Chefs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information provided here (e.g., blog posts).

  • Consequential Damages: In no event shall Marrow Private Chefs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost vacation time, travel expenses, or emotional distress) arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall typically be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to the terms of your signed Event Contract.

5. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Walton County, Florida.
